How to make an order
Once you are done shopping you can proceed to check out by filling the form and choosing the place of destination and the method of payment. Read our privacy policy and our sales conditions and accept all “terms and conditions” by ticking the checkbox. From now on your order will be “in preparation” and it will be given a cart number. You are non longer able to modify your order and to do it you will have to write an email to: info@estellemilano.com referring to your cart number.
You will receive a reception confirmation and when your order will be verified, you will receive a confirmation email.

Personal data
During your order completion, you will be asked to accept the treatment of you personal data inserted according to the current law. estellemilano.com will not be able to process any order if the Client does not “accept the treatment of personal data”.

Unavailability of products
The Client will be promtly informed whether the products ordered are not available anymore.

Limitations
Minors of 18 years old are not authorized, unless under the strict control of adult relatives, to send orders by the online order form.

Invoicing
If you wish the invoice you simply need to insert in the registration form the “Company Name”, the “Registered Office” address and the VAT number. We remind you that the place of delivery can be different from the adddress inserted in this form. The invoice will be send by email when the order will be processed.
PAYMENTS
The following methods of payment are accepted by ESTELLE MILANO, Errepi .: credit card, PayPal, Bank Swift (Wire Transfer).

Credit card
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Stripe which accept all major credit cards. ESTELLEMILANO.COM Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server and CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES.
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed.

PayPal / Credit Card
Payment within the PayPal circuit is the most secure and proven globally for online transactions.
The integrity of data provided by Customers during transfer to the PayPal server is guaranteed by a 168-bit encryption key (the maximum available), as well as many other controls and procedures.
If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem: PayPal accepts credit cards, prepaid cards, ATM and PostPay.
From our website, click on the button to proceed with the transaction and when the PayPal page opens select the item No PayPal account located at the bottom right. Fill in the form by entering the data of the credit card / prepaid card to be used for payment, your personal information, and click on Accept and continue to complete the transaction.
Bank wire Transfer
When 'Payment Offline' is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, you can pay with a bank wire transfer. The account informations to send a bank wire transfer to ESTELLE MILANO, Errepi are written below. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in ERREPI S.A.S. DI PASQUALE SULPIZII’s bank account.

It is mandatory that the Client send a scan or a picture of the bank transaction within 12 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached ERREPI S.A.S. DI PASQUALE SULPIZII.'s bank account.
If the scan or picture of the bank transaction is not received within 12 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped once ESTELLE MILANO has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
