Shipment fees in Italy varies from a minimum of 6.75€ depending on weight.
Orders will be shipped via authorized courier that will be indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Shipments outside European Community
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments outside European Community from ESTELLE MILANO Errepi s.a.s. are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.
Shipment fees varies upon weight and custom’s duties and taxes are excluded.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an Email from ESTELLE MILANO specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or ESTELLEMILANO.COM
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. ESTELLE MILANO packages are carefully sealed in cartons and bags with a logo print tape around the sides.
If for any reason the box looks damaged, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact ESTELLE MILANO at
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, noncompliance with import regulations) as per the ESTELLE MILANO commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon reentry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Orders are shipped from Errepi, Italy Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Orders are shipped in about 2/3 working days once received the payment.
ESTELLE MILANO ships worldwide using reliable express couriers such as DHL.
Errepi shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Errepi.
Errepi reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 15 days of the merchandise delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
To request a return authorization number (RAN), you must write to infostellemilano.com indicating the number of the order and the articles of the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from ESTELLE MILANO with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment.
You will either use Estelle Milano courier or one you trust. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN Email.
The return shipment is at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon reentry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement or charged in a new invoice in case of size exchange to be paid before the new shipment.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ESTELLE MILANO, Errepi s.a.s.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
For orders paid by PayPal or Bank Swift, the refunded amount will be available to customers on their account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the Return Authorization Number (RAN) reception date.
Return Terms and Conditions
Estelle Milano Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Please notice that personalized products are not exchangeable and not refundable by ESTELLE MILANO.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.
ESTELLE MILANO reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, included any import fees, ESTELLE MILANO, Errepi S.a.s.. reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
ESTELLE MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non- standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for longdistance commerce prevails.
